石井洋光：1972年宮崎県生まれ。1998年に『ELLE Japon』でグラフィック/エディトリアルデザイナーとしてのキャリアをスタート。 『ELLE Japon』や『VOGUE Japan』で写真とグラフィックからなるファッション誌のデザイン基礎を学び、撮影の現場を通してアートディレクションまで表現の幅を広げる。『ELLE Japon』『Harper's BAZAAR』『ELLEgirl』などのファッション雑誌において、通算2万ページ以上のデザインとアートディレクションを手がける。近年はファッション、美容、家電業界の広告など分野を広げ、クリエイティブ/アート/ブランディングディレクションにも携わり、各企業のビジュアルアイデンティティの形成に貢献。また、ポートレートを中心に写真撮影を通じての社会における視覚表現にも挑戦している。
Hiromitsu Ishii: Born in Miyazaki, Japan in 1972. He began his graphic/editorial designer career in 1998 at ELLE Japon. At ELLE Japon and VOGUE Japan, he learned the basics of fashion magazine design, which is built on photography and graphics, and further refined his design techniques and expanded his range of expression into Art Direction. He has been involved in the design of over 20,000 pages for such magazines as ELLE Japon, Harper's BAZAAR, and ELLEgirl. In recent years, he has also been involved in creative / branding direction for advertisements in the fashion, beauty, and consumer electronics industries, contributing to the formation of the visual identity of each company. He also challenges the visual expression of society through photography, mainly portraiture.
